株式会社ホライゾン・ジャパン（以下「当社」）は、本サイトのお問い合わせ・ご登録フォームを通じてお預かりする情報を、以下の方針に基づき取り扱います。

当社が本サイトで取得する情報は、お問い合わせ・ご登録に必要な最小限の項目に限ります。

• 事業者向けのお問い合わせ（Area A）：会社名・お仕事用メールアドレス・ご担当者の役職、およびお問い合わせ本文。
• 学びに関するお問い合わせ（Area B）：お名前・メールアドレス・電話番号、およびお問い合わせ本文。

2. 取得しない情報（当社の方針）

当社は本サイトの入口において、次の情報を取得しません。候補者の個人情報、旅券（パスポート）情報、予算・金額、報酬・料率、銀行口座・送金情報、マイナンバー、給与情報。サーバー側でこれらの項目を含む送信は受け付けず拒否する仕組みを設けています。また当社は、国籍・信条・性別を、応募者・利用者の選別や採否の基準とする目的で収集しません。

3. 利用目的

取得した情報は、お問い合わせ・ご登録への回答および社内での適切な担当への取次ぎのためにのみ利用します。これら以外の目的では利用しません。

4. 保管・委託

取得した情報は、当社が利用する業務システム（クラウド型データベース Airtable）に保管されます。利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた保管は行いません。

5. 安全管理措置

当社は、取得した情報を安全に管理するため、次の措置を講じます。

• 取扱者・アクセス権限を業務上必要な範囲に限定するアクセス制御。
• 不正アクセス・漏えい・滅失・毀損の防止のための技術的・組織的措置。
• 業務システムの委託先に対する必要かつ適切な監督。
• 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた保管を行わず、不要となった情報を適切に削除すること。保管期間の基準は現在整備を進めており、確定後に本方針に明示します。それまでの間も、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えて保持しません。

6. 第三者提供

当社は、ご本人の同意がある場合または法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。

7. 機能的なローカル保存（Cookie等）

本サイトは、表示言語・エリアの選択をブラウザ内にローカル保存します（利便性のためのみ）。解析・広告・個人を識別する目的のCookieやトラッキングは使用しません。

Our server is configured to reject any submission containing such fields. We also do not collect nationality, creed, or gender for the purpose of screening or selecting applicants or users.

3. Purpose of use

We use the information solely to respond to the inquiry or registration and to route it to the appropriate person internally. We do not use it for any other purpose.

4. Storage and processors

Information is stored in the cloud database we use (Airtable). We do not retain it beyond what is necessary for the stated purpose.

5. Security control measures

To keep the information secure, we apply the following measures:

• Access controls that limit handlers and access rights to what is operationally necessary.
• Technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage.
• Necessary and appropriate supervision of the processors of our business systems.
• Not retaining information beyond what is necessary for the stated purpose, and appropriately deleting information once it is no longer needed. We are currently establishing our standard retention criteria and will state them in this policy once finalized; in the meantime, we do not retain information beyond what is necessary for the stated purpose.

We do not sell or provide collected information to third parties except with your consent or as required by law.

7. Functional local storage (cookies, etc.)

This site stores your language and area preference locally in your browser for usability only. We do not use analytics, advertising, or identity-tracking cookies.
