We do not determine hiring, residency, or placement outcomes. What we carry is the documentation and education work that tends to stall just before them.

農業では、作期が待ってくれません。海外からの採用は選択肢になりますが、在留資格・受入要件・作業と安全のことば・渡航前の備えが一度に重なり、繁忙の中では往復が増えがちです。当社はその「あいだ」の書類と教育の工程を、作期から逆算して整えます。ただし審査の期間は当社の外にあり、時期は確約できません。間に合わない可能性があるときは、先にそう申し上げます。圃場が遠隔地でも、役務の中身は変わりません。
In agriculture, the growing season does not wait. Hiring from overseas is an option, but residency status, intake requirements, the language of fieldwork and safety, and pre-departure preparation converge at once — and in the busy months, the round-trips multiply. We arrange the documentation and education work in between, working backwards from the season. Review periods, however, sit outside us: we cannot commit to timing, and when something may not be ready in time, we say so first. However remote the fields, the substance of the service stays the same.

費用の考え方How fees work
費用は需要側のご負担。候補者からはいただきません。Fees are borne by the employer. We never charge candidates.
費用の区分は四つだけです。①パートナー手続支援 ②プログラム運営・管理 ③教育役務 ④第三者実費。金額はこのページには記載しません。範囲が定まる前の数字は、かえって不正確だからです。ご相談の段階で、この四区分に沿って書面でご提示します。Our fees fall into exactly four categories: (1) partner procedure support, (2) program administration, (3) education services, and (4) third-party pass-through. We do not publish figures on this page: numbers set before the scope is defined tend to be inaccurate. At the consultation stage we present them in writing, along these four categories.
当社がいただく費用は、書類調整と教育役務という、実際に提供する役務の対価です。採用・在留・配属の結果に連動するものではありません。費用の構造は、お申し込み前の段階で明確にお伝えします。Any fees we charge are for the services we actually provide — document engineering and education. They are not contingent on a hiring, residency, or placement outcome. We make the cost structure clear before you commit.

採用・在留・配属の結果は、各国の要件や審査に依存し、保証するものではありません。私たちが整えるのは、その手前の書類と教育の工程です。見通しは率直にお伝えします。Hiring, residency, and placement outcomes depend on each country's requirements and review, and are not guaranteed. What we engineer is the documentation and education work before them. We set honest expectations.
募集や送出は誰が行いますか。Who carries out recruitment and deployment?
募集と送出は、免許を保有するパートナーが単独で行います。当社は配属を行う主体ではなく、書類と教育の「あいだ」を整える役務に徹します。Recruitment and deployment are carried out solely by licensed partners. Horizon Japan is not a placement principal; we keep to engineering the documentation and education layer in between.
