3. 当社の役割
当社は雇用主ではありません。海外人材の募集・送出しは、各国の許可を有する提携事業者が行います。当社の役務は、雇用主と提携事業者の間の手続・書類面の支援および教育レイヤーの提供です。当社は職業紹介（あっせん）を行わず、候補者の選別・序列化・推薦も、提供先（求人者・提携事業者）の選別も行いません。
4. 学びに関するサービスの費用について
学びに関するサービス（Area B）でお支払いいただく費用は、教育および書類面の支援サービスの対価であり、就職のあっせんに対する対価（紹介手数料）ではありません。学費は各学校へ直接お支払いいただく場合があります。
5. 知的財産
本サイトに掲載の文章・画像・ロゴ等の権利は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。

This site is provided for information and preview purposes regarding Horizon Japan Co., Ltd. ("we"). Its contents may change without notice.

3. Our role
We are not an employer. Recruitment and sending of overseas talent are carried out by partner organizations that hold the required licenses in their respective countries. Our service is documentation and administrative support between the employer and the partner, together with an education layer. We do not provide employment placement (あっせん); we neither screen, rank, nor recommend candidates, nor do we select the receiving side (employers or partner organizations).
4. About study-service fees
Fees paid for study-related services (Area B) are consideration for education and document-support services, not a placement fee or introduction commission for employment. Tuition may be paid directly to the schools.
5. Intellectual property
Text, images, logos, and other materials on this site belong to us or their rightful owners.
